Error Messages

The following are error messages you may experience and what they mean.

1. There was a problem! Please email helpdesk@evolutioncheck.com


This means that there is a technical issue with the data. Please send an email to the helpdesk address and someone will reach out to you.


2. No results found.


This means that your query has not found any results, examples include:

  • When conducting a Screening Search and no files are found within the date range
  • Running a report for a certain type of Report Option (e.g., OIG matches) and there are no matches of that type.

If you think this is not correct, please reach out to the helpdesk for assistance.


3. Invalid Name


This message appears when conducting a Record Search and not using the FULL name for the person.
You must include both first name and last name when using the Record Search tool.
